About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance on scheduled events for building, equipment, and conveyor systems. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing equipment, interpreting operational manuals, manufacturer’s specifications, blueprints, and schematics for repairing machinery. The mechanic will use hand tools and power tools as required and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and easily adapt to change.
Maintenance and general repair knowledge
Prior conveyor and/or packaging equipment experience
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift
