Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferred
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals a plus
- Experience in food manufacturing a bonus, not a requirement
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures on production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
- Diagnose root causes — not just patch symptoms
- Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records
- Identify recurring issues and help develop lasting fixes
- Support installation and commissioning of new or modified equipment
- Keep your workspace, tools, and parts areas organized and safe
