About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic II works in the Facilities department at Ministry Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Requirements

• Graduate of a trade school with 2 years of experience; or 4 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
• Specialized knowledge and expertise in locksmithing, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• Complete complex assignments involving multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction.
• Repair heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, and ventilation systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain motors and specialized equipment.
