Enrollment and attendance in second year of program will serve in a state of Wisconsin approved apprenticeship program to gain on the job learning with classroom instruction paid by Froedtert to become highly skilled performing mechanical and electrical duties to keep machines and equipment in working order. This position will assist more experienced maintenance team members with the diagnosis and repair of more complex issues and systems. For less complex issues and systems, the Apprentice will have autonomy to complete tasks with supervision. Work is subject to progress evaluation and final inspection. The Apprentice is expected to follow all safety rules, communicate both written and orally and document work activities as needed.
