About The Position
This position is for an Industrial Maintenance employee responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of building and manufacturing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and installing equipment, as well as manufacturing replacement parts using various machine shop tools. The employee will also use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments for maintenance functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting
- Ability to lift and carry 20-60 pounds
- Ability to read diagrams, manuals and specifications
Responsibilities
- Work in a way that keeps you and your co-workers safe at all times.
- Trouble shoot, repair and install building and manufacturing equipment.
- Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines.
- Manufacture and assemble replacement parts for manufacturing equipment using welders, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders and other machine shop equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance functions.
