The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to lead their Facilities team. This full-time, year-round role involves overseeing the maintenance and overall condition of the oceanfront property, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, responding to unexpected repairs, and leading, coaching, and developing the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The Maintenance Manager will work closely with the Facilities Director and other departments to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. The role also involves providing support to the Bayview Hotel, an adjacent sister property, by assisting with maintenance requests and ensuring consistent upkeep across both locations.
