Job Summary Working as the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and directing programs to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment and provide a safe, clean and efficient operation. You will do this through the appropriate utilization of resources and delegation of responsibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience
Good working knowledge all aspects of plant maintenance to include but not limited to; Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, Compressed Air, Mechanical Equipment
Must be capable of reading technical schematics and blue prints
Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Responsibilities

Ensures the safety of all operating equipment within the facility
Develops training plans and supervise technicians work skills
Monitors all work orders to ensure accuracy, completion, timeliness, and client satisfaction
Handles the procurement of all repair parts for routine, preventative, and emergency repairs
Develops and/or maintains a preventative maintenance schedule for all buildings and equipment
Maintains the departmental budget with focus on parts, supplies and labor management
Performs other duties as assigned
