This role is responsible for managing the "Make Ready" process, resolving maintenance issues, maintaining the grounds and amenities, and leading the service team. The Maintenance Manager will also conduct regular safety and property inspections, manage after-hours emergency rotations, and assist the Community Manager with budgeting and financial performance related to maintenance. A strong understanding of appliance repair, basic electrical, and plumbing skills is essential, along with maintaining professional standards.
