Lagoon Ranch RV Resort is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of the resort's maintenance operation, ensuring the property remains safe, beautiful, and operating at the highest standards. This role involves overseeing preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, resort facilities, and a maintenance team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader passionate about developing people, solving problems, and creating an exceptional environment for guests and associates. Requirements

Previous leadership experience managing maintenance operations, preferably in hospitality, RV resorts, hotels, campgrounds, or multi-family communities.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, irrigation, pools, appliances, and general building maintenance.
Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programs.
Budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management experience a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the resort's maintenance operation, ensuring the property remains safe, beautiful, and operating at the highest standards.
Oversee preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, resort facilities, and a talented maintenance team.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Create schedules that maximize productivity while supporting exceptional guest service.
Conduct ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and training.
Lead by example and work alongside your team whenever needed.
Develop and oversee comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
Prioritize daily work orders, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project timelines.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and departmental expenses.
Assist with developing and managing annual maintenance budgets.
Ensure all facilities and equipment meet CRR Hospitality standards.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of RV sites and utility infrastructure, resort buildings and common areas, luxury cottages and guest accommodations, clubhouse and resort amenities, swimming pools and recreational facilities, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems, appliances and water heaters, irrigation systems, and maintenance equipment and company vehicles.
Preserve the beauty of Lagoon Ranch by overseeing landscaping and lawn maintenance, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, weed and pest control, lakefront and common area maintenance, seasonal planting and landscape enhancements, and storm preparation and cleanup.
Promote a culture where safety is always the top priority.
Conduct routine safety meetings and associate training.
Maintain SDS/MSDS documentation and required records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
Perform routine property inspections to identify and resolve safety concerns.
