As a USG Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of storage and office facilities, ensuring a neat, safe, and secure environment. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks including inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and assisting with facility upkeep.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Successfully Complete Background Check
Successfully Complete Drug Screen
Attitude and Aptitude Testing

Responsibilities

Visually inspect storage units and equipment
Responsible for overall maintenance of storage and office facilities
Clean space(s) as vacated, hallways, and grounds as needed
Clean office, restrooms and common areas daily
Maintains a neat, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily
Performs physical site inspections of facilities
Assist in monthly lock cuts
Painting, general carpentry, light electrical and plumbing; i.e. changing light bulbs and ballasts, unclogging drains, hasp repair/replacement
Assist with fire tests and annual inspections
Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment including landscaping
Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures. Remove or install partition walls as needed
