Maintenance Manager - Aspen Lake Apartments
About The Position
The Maintenance Manager oversees facility maintenance for the entire Aspen Lake Apartments community. This is a working supervisory position with a wide variety of preventive maintenance and repair responsibilities. Rotating on-call shifts are required. The role includes delegating assignments, setting and adjusting work procedures to meet schedules, implementing changes to increase productivity, mentoring maintenance staff, inspecting completed work, and managing inventory and requisitions. Gross Residential is a development, construction, and property management firm with approximately 350 employees and more than 40 locations across Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina. The company develops projects and oversees the construction, marketing, and sale of apartments, townhouses, and condominiums, while maintaining ownership of and managing apartment communities.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Direct experience in residential facility maintenance.
- Strong supervision, troubleshooting, communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
