About The Position
Tarantino Properties is seeking experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations at its apartment communities in Grand Prairie, Texas, and Arlington, Texas. The role involves responding to residential service requests, troubleshooting and repairing building systems and appliances, preparing vacant apartments for occupancy, maintaining grounds and common areas, and providing outstanding customer service to residents.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and general electrical systems.
- HVAC (EPA) certification.
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Resolve maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
- Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal and cleaning.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
- Oversee maintenance operations and lead and support a maintenance team.
