Requirements

3+ years of experience in commercial property maintenance or facilities management
Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams or field technicians
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
Experience with work order management systems and preventive maintenance programs
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across commercial properties, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained
Lead, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians and janitorial or subcontractor staff
Conduct routine property inspections and identify repair, preventive maintenance, or improvement needs
Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and third-party contractors
Respond to and prioritize work orders, tenant maintenance requests, and emergency repairs
Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and source cost-effective materials and supplies
Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
Job will include smaller, hands on maintenance projects. We are looking for someone who likes DIY projects!
