About The Position

The Maintenance Manager ensures safe and high-quality maintenance execution by leading and developing high-performing teams to deliver world-class service and support levels for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, along with supporting brewery-wide initiatives. This role uses continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to consistently achieve production and maintenance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required
• 4-6 Years in a manufacturing leadership role
• Showcase track record of project planning, driving change, process optimization, and innovation preferably in a brewery environment
• Experience in packaging, maintenance, engineering, or related fields
• Technical knowledge of canning, bottling, brewery operations including high-speed packaging systems
• Communication and leadership with conflict resolution abilities
• Planning, project management, good financial acumen

Responsibilities

• Ensure that there exists within the maintenance team an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
• Deliver performance results in Maintenance Plan Attainment, PM Completion, Shutdown PM Completion, and Technician Utilization.
• Deliver Line Efficiency through driving equipment uptime reliability, maintenance execution, and through RCAs.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance shifts to maintain a 24/7 operation.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics, benchmarking, and RCA.
• Oversee departmental budget performance.
• Implement corrective actions when needed.
• Execute and sustain maintenance capability program (BIC).
