The role also ensures compliance with state and federal regulations like OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, and DOT related to maintenance operations. The manager is responsible for driving the business plan for their area, achieving facility goals in production, quality, and safety, and implementing operational improvements. This includes forecasting and managing staffing, workload, and performance, as well as overseeing financial aspects like budget monitoring, asset utilization, and business report analysis. The role involves supervising and developing associates and leaders, resolving concerns, and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
