About The Position
This position involves running the maintenance production floor for a Marine Raider organization, covering everything from Equipment Repair Order (ERO) to readiness reporting. The role requires managing maintenance production and records within the GCSS-MC system, scheduling and tracking both preventive and corrective maintenance, and overseeing the ERO lifecycle. Additionally, the specialist will monitor deadline reports, parts-on-order status, manage calibration/modification control, and analyze readiness metrics.
Requirements
- 4 - 8+ years in maintenance management / production control.
- GCSS-MC maintenance module experience (power-user level for leads).
- Active Secret clearance.
- Valid driver's license.

- USMC maintenance management background.
