MPI Engineered Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Level 2 to join their team. This role involves performing advanced maintenance tasks on facility machinery, troubleshooting complex systems, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Must be able to do the following: electrical/hydraulic schematics, mechanical prints, read ladder logic.
  • Requires a minimum of ten years related professional experience.
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Basic Math Skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
  • Must have valid forklift license or be able to certify for a license.

Responsibilities

  • Employee will need to take a test to be a M2, they will also be elevated.
  • Follows all established safety procedures. Reports unsafe conditions or behaviors to supervisors.
  • Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs), Quality Policy, Environmental Management System (EMS) and customer requirements.
  • Installs facility machinery. Turns off and locks out equipment when not in use.
  • Performs preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
  • Perform more advanced or specialized maintenance assignments.
  • Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
  • Communicate and work well with operators and supervisory personnel about equipment status.
  • Maintain and secure work area.
  • Required to troubleshoot PLC's; hydraulics, pneumatic, electrical systems
  • Other duties as assigned and follow all other company policies and procedures not named above.

  • Second shift premium of $1.00, OT shift premium of $1.50
  • Straight shifts, Monday thru Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00 pm
