Requirements

  • 12hr Nights schedule
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools for scheduling, reporting, and auditing maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and job plans.
  • Experience with root cause failure investigations and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and adjust weekly work schedules as needed to meet operational demands.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to maintenance technicians, ensuring consistent adherence to precision and safety standards.
  • Audit field work regularly, coach team members, and oversee PM (Preventative Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) tasks.
  • Support the development and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and job plans to ensure standardization and accuracy.
  • Assist in training and orienting new team members, while identifying necessary training activities to build the team’s skill set.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to prioritize equipment repairs and plan work priorities.
  • Perform root cause failure investigations, data analysis, and follow-up inspections to ensure the quality and efficiency of completed work.
  • Maintain and organize the maintenance shop and stockroom, and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
  • Enforce adherence to safety guidelines, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies.
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools for scheduling, reporting, and auditing maintenance activities.
  • Lead and participate in daily maintenance tasks, reliability initiatives, and sanitation event planning as required.
