About The Position
Greencroft Goshen is seeking a Maintenance Lead II to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the senior living campus, ensuring residents have a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The position offers a stable, full-time schedule with a variety of daily tasks and the opportunity to use maintenance skills to help residents and team members. Requirements
- Three or more years of maintenance experience
- Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physically active work
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day maintenance throughout the campus
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with renovation projects, room setups, and campus improvements
- Support seasonal responsibilities, including snow removal and grounds maintenance
- Help coordinate maintenance activities and provide leadership within the department
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff
