About The Position
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance / Landscaping Technician to support the upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring grounds are well-maintained, and addressing repair needs in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance and/or landscaping preferred
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Experience with irrigation systems
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Familiarity with safety procedures and maintenance protocols
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting
- Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and grounds
- Assist with seasonal tasks (snow removal, leaf cleanup, irrigation checks, etc.)
- Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards
