About The Position
StoragePRO is hiring immediately for a Maintenance/Janitorial position in San Jose, CA, with potential for other locations in the same general area. This role requires hands-on experience in performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to prioritize and plan projects, maintain high productivity without direct supervision, and possess basic computer literacy, good customer service skills, and the ability to professionally resolve customer issues. The role also involves walking the large facility throughout the day.
Requirements
- Resume must show Maintenance/Janitorial experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to travel
- California Driver License with clean driving record
- Ability to work weekend hours as required
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs
- Prioritizing and planning various projects
- Maintaining a high level of productivity without direct supervision
- Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning
- Resolving customer issues professionally
- Walking the large facility throughout the day
