About The Position

The Maintenance Helper assists technicians with basic repairs and inspections on motor coaches and helps keep the shop clean, organized, and in compliance. The role requires compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Requirements

• Two years of job-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional training beyond high school.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist diesel technicians.
• Keep the shop and equipment organized and in compliance.
• Remove and replace tires.
• Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Replace basic components such as wiper blades and light bulbs, and replenish fluids.
• Perform work orders and complete necessary documentation.
• Perform other duties as required.
