About The Position

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hatchery equipment. The role involves performing routine preventative maintenance, making minor repairs, and ensuring safety procedures like Lock Out/Tag Out are followed. The job also includes assisting with placing eggs in incubators and monitoring hallways and machines within a controlled environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• General HVAC knowledge
• Able to walk or stand majority of the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Requires strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot, repair, and maintain hatchery equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and make minor repairs
• Practice Lock out/ Tag out safety procedures on a daily basis
• Comply with written policies and procedures
• Help place eggs in incubators
• Monitor hallways and machines
