Maintenance/Handyman
About The Position
Juliet Italian Kitchen is seeking a Maintenance/Handyman to perform daily maintenance and cleanliness across three properties in the Austin area. The role involves maintaining landscaping, performing basic plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, furniture repair, power washing, and general handyman tasks to ensure all properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Juliet Italian Kitchen, owned by Veneto Hospitality, is known for its relaxed Italian dining experience across multiple locations in Austin and Georgetown, emphasizing community and camaraderie.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness across three properties located in the Austin area
- Maintain landscaping and exterior grounds at all locations, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep
- Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Conduct basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
- Repair and maintain tables, chairs, and other furniture
- Power wash patios, walls, sidewalks, and other surfaces
- Complete general handyman tasks and minor repairs throughout the properties
- Ensure all three properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
