This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role involves monitoring equipment during production, performing necessary repairs or adjustments, documenting corrections, and conducting preventive maintenance. Rebuilding and assisting with the installation of new equipment are also key aspects, along with general maintenance throughout the facility. The job requires manual tasks such as greasing, oil changes, and cleaning plant equipment, as well as monitoring equipment and computer boards. Troubleshooting mechanical problems using schematics and blueprints is essential. The role may require working other shifts when necessary and close collaboration with other maintenance personnel. Precision and attention to detail are needed for working with fragile devices. All other duties as requested by the supervisor will also be part of the responsibilities.
