About The Position
Team member will analyze mechanical & operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality. Performs preventative maintenance and assists in equipment installation when required. Other duties within the Maintenance Department as assigned inclusive of facility improvements.
Requirements
- The ability to use hand tools and tools of the trade.
- The physical ability to lift at least 40-50 lbs.
- The ability to stand throughout most of the shift.
- Candidate must be able to communicate effectively.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- 6 Month work history or participant of any industrial maintenance education program.
- The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Welding experience preferred but not required.
- Maintenance experience preferred.
- An associate’s degree or equivalent in a formal mechanic training program.
