About The Position
Team member will analyze mechanical & operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality. Performs preventative maintenance and assists in equipment installation when required. Other duties within the Maintenance Department as assigned inclusive of facility improvements.
Requirements
- The ability to use hand tools and tools of the trade will be required.
- The physical ability to lift at least 40-50 lbs and stand throughout most of the shift is required.
- Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and have good written and verbal skills.
- Attention to detail work as well as the ability to work as a team member is recommended.
- 6 Month work history or participant of any industrial maintenance education program.
- The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Welding experience preferred but not required.
- Prefer an associate’s degree or equivalent in a formal mechanic training program.
- Maintenance experience preferred.
