About The Position

Responsible for the supply ordering process and inventory management as well as directing the work of the housekeeping associates. This role involves tracking inventory of production and packaging supplies, ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring and directing all work of the housekeeping staff. Additionally, the position includes training and coaching housekeeping team members, performing inspections and audits to ensure associates perform according to standards and SOPs, and operating pallet jacks to move supplies. Other specific duties may be required.

Requirements

Ability to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines
Proficient computer skills; MS Word, Excel Database, and e-mail
Proven leadership skills with excellent attention to detail
Highly motivated self-starter; eager to initiate new ideas
Organizational skills
Willingness to work overtime as required
Max of two previous Tyson Employments to be considered for hire
90 days (3 months) waiting period

Responsibilities

Track inventory of production and packaging supplies
Order and receive supplies

Operate pallet jacks to move pallets of supplies
