About The Position
Responsible for the supply ordering process and inventory management as well as directing the work of the housekeeping associates. This role involves tracking inventory, ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring and directing housekeeping staff, training and coaching team members, performing inspections and audits, and operating pallet jacks. The position requires proficiency in computer skills, leadership, attention to detail, self-motivation, and organizational skills. Overtime may be required.
Requirements
- Ability to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines
- Proficient computer skills; MS Word, Excel Database, and e-mail
- Proven leadership skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly motivated self-starter; eager to initiate new ideas.
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Responsibilities
- Track inventory of production and packaging supplies
- Order and receive supplies.
- Monitor and direct all work of housekeeping staff.
- Train and coach housekeeping team members
- Perform inspections and audits of department area to ensure associates are performing in accordance to standards and SOP’s.
- Operate pallet jacks to move pallets of supplies
- Other specific duties as required.
