Requirements
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades, including: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical systems, HVAC and air conditioning, Painting and wall covering, Masonry and general repairs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience with a hospitality mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly, professional service to guests while responding promptly to maintenance needs
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, offices, and laundry facilities
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely
- Partnering with local fire safety officials to inspect, test, and maintain fire and life safety systems
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Supporting fellow team members with a collaborative, team-first attitude
