The job requires working in extreme temperatures (over 100 degrees Fahrenheit and below 20 degrees Fahrenheit) and in wet, humid environments for extended periods. Physical demands include bending, crawling, climbing, squatting, and working overhead or at ground level. Maintaining a safe and clean work area is essential. The role involves working with and understanding boilers, refrigeration, hydraulic, air, and electrical systems. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and service manuals, and to complete written reports is necessary.
