About The Position
Solaris Residences is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Technician I to join their team in Vail Village. This role is crucial for ensuring all building systems operate flawlessly and that guest and owner experiences exceed expectations. The technician will be responsible for maintaining building operations and providing prompt, professional service to keep the property in excellent condition. The company offers training and growth opportunities within a luxury hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, trade school education, or equivalent
- Basic computer and math skills
- Experience using hand tools
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees
- Assist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systems
- Ensure all building systems and common areas are maintained in safe, efficient working order
- Collaborate with team members and contractors on repairs, improvements, and special projects
- Complete tasks on time while following Brand Standards and maintaining accurate work records
