About The Position

As the Maintenance Engineer Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s maintenance department, ensuring all systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. You’ll lead a team of engineers, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and respond quickly to guest or operational issues. Your role is key to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for both guests and staff. You will be the key to our hotel's efficient operations, managing and leading our engineering and maintenance team. Your daily tasks will include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes. You will report to the Chief Engineer.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
