About The Position

The Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the Facilities Data Office and Parts Inventory Management functions. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of facility operational data, maintaining effective work management processes, overseeing inventory control activities, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the Facilities Management organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader who enjoys improving processes, working with data, and supporting operational teams. This individual can balance day-to-day operational responsibilities with long-term improvement initiatives, build strong relationships across departments, and serve as a trusted partner to leadership while driving accountability, inventory accuracy, and data quality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 3 years in leadership of maintenance service of a technical nature Required
  • Valid Driver's License. Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Preferred
  • Certified Hospital Constructor (CHC) Preferred
  • Building Operators Certification (BOC) Preferred
