About The Position

Facility Maintenance Technician Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping essential systems running safely and efficiently? Join our team and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience in electrical systems and HVAC is strongly preferred, including at least one year working in these areas.
• Ability to remain calm and perform effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Security and follow established safety and facility protocols while on duty.

Nice To Haves

• Trade school education preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical equipment.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Familiarity with maintenance practices in a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
