About The Position

This position primary responsible is for the overall maintenance, repair, and installation of all HVACR systems throughout the cooperation. Secondary responsibilities include but aren't limited to the maintenance and repairs of plumbing, electrical, and structural systems. Provide competent HVACR technical services, as relate to the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of HVAC equipment. Assist management in developing a comprehensive HVACR preventative maintenance program that may be utilized throughout the company.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimal of two to three years of experience in position related to assigned duties required.
  • Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
  • Required to maintain a valid Driver’s License.
  • Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.
  • Read, write, speak and understand the English Read Company or departmental reports, newsletters, and documents.
  • Must be able to read and follow electrical schematics.
  • Must be able to read and follow refrigerant piping schematics.
  • Must be able to read construction documents as they relate to HVACR systems.
  • Perform assigned tasks under moderate to no supervision.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical systems using OEM equipment tables, temperature/ pressure tables, VOM, amp meter, compound refrigerant gauges, humidity meter.
  • Troubleshoot ductwork systems.
  • Design, fabricate, and repair: ductwork systems / refrigerant piping systems / condensate drain systems. Join materials with the most appropriate/ OEM/ Industry recommended means for the materials being joined.
  • Must keep up with current best practices as they relate to the HVACR industry.
  • Must be able to utilize best practices as they relate to the HVACR industry.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Perform basic mathematical computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.)

Nice To Haves

  • Six (6) months of previous work experience in Gaming, Hospitality or Customer Service industry preferred.
  • Technical school or formal apprenticeship is preferred and may be required based on needs of the operation.
  • Journeymen License or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Makes efforts to keep informed of company information and communications by reviewing property bulletin boards, digital signage, and company newsletter.
  • Effectively communicates concerns and information to supervisor and listens to communication from.
  • Effectively relates ideas for improvements to supervisor and management in accordance with chain of command.
  • Maintains excellent working relationships with other Company staff and all applicable regulatory commissions and other agencies as may be applicable to ensure compliance.
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company.
  • Ensures adherence to all OSHA regulations and internal safety policies and.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with company core values, objectives of the Osage Nation, internal. policies and procedures, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations, including but not limited to, the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, ONGR, the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control, USA Patriot Act and Privacy Act.
  • Measures, marks, and arrange materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from leadmen / supervisors.
  • Uses various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.
  • Ensures the accuracy of work by checking completed projects test equipment and system design data.
  • Erects and dismantles scaffolding, operate man lifts.
  • Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines.
  • Operates Company vehicles as.
  • Performs emergency HVACR repairs as Develop written reports to be given to upper management on what caused the emergency.
  • Helps other trades as needed, or as required by the director or the engineering Manager.
  • Must be willing to be called in any time of day or night as required for efficient company operation.
  • To meet company needs, work schedule may change without prior notice.
  • Provides excellent internal and external customer services, always treating internal and external customer with courtesy and consideration.

  • Must be available after hours for emergencies.
  • May be required to prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required by the reporting senior.
  • Will be required to collect HVACR equipment data for CMMS.
  • Wil be required to ensure that HVACR data is up to date and current in the CMMS.
  • Must become familiar with all OEM controls that control any aspect of any given piece of mechanical equipment throughout the company. I,O&M manuals are available for reference.
  • Will be required to input data into CMMS.
