Requirements

• State-specific Electrical License (Journeyman or equivalent preferred)
• 3–5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work safely in residential environments
• Strong understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Service Titan preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive residential electrical inspections (60–90 minutes)
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including outlets, switches, breakers, and lighting systems
• Inspect electrical panels, wiring, surge protection, generators, and other residential systems
• Educate homeowners on system health, energy efficiency, and upgrade options
• Offer preventative maintenance plans and service memberships
• Generate accurate estimates and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan)
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills, communication, and customer service
