About The Position
Frank Miller Lumber Company Inc., a hardwood manufacturer in Union City, IN is seeking a Maintenance Electrician. We are looking for an individual to perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on all our machinery. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, to prevent loss of production.
Requirements
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing both high and low voltage systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems.
- Experience in welding.
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning electrical systems and components.
- Experience in fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on all machinery.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems on all machinery and buildings.
- Diagnose malfunctioning electrical systems and components.
- Complete assigned work orders while recording repair information and notes.
- Perform routine scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to repair machines and equipment.
