Requirements

State-specific Electrical License
3–5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work safely in residential environments
Strong understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards

Nice To Haves

Journeyman or equivalent electrical license
Experience with Service Titan

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive residential electrical inspections (60–90 minutes)
Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including outlets, switches, breakers, and lighting systems
Inspect electrical panels, wiring, surge protection, generators, and other residential systems
Educate homeowners on system health, energy efficiency, and upgrade options
Offer preventative maintenance plans and service memberships
Generate accurate estimates and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan)
Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills, communication, and customer service
Complete 3–4 maintenance or service calls per day
Maintain a 50%+ conversion rate on recommended repairs or upgrades
Deliver thorough, value-driven inspections at every visit
Build and retain strong customer relationships with consistent 5-star service
Actively promote safety, reliability, and membership programs
