About The Position

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician to be based out of
Hobart, IN. Reporting to Maintenance Manager, this person will be responsible
for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all plant electronic equipment.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for
this position is $38.50/hr.  Placement in the range depends on several factors
including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education,
qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority,
performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs
and may change over time.  Other compensation may include, but not limited to,
overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other
incentives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of Electrical Maintenance experience.
• Extensive experience in industrial electronics, motors, interpreting schematics, power systems (AC and DC), and testing equipment; extensive knowledge on predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift; availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (as required).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workplace by following all 5S Standard.
• Troubleshooting and repairing tubing mills, cut to length, slitting, forklifts, overhead cranes, banding/packaging equipment.
• Align, adjust, and calibrate electronic equipment.
• Install electrical circuits following blueprints & schematic diagrams.
