Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical controls, motor circuits, PLCs, instrumentation, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a production environment.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
  • Must be able to meet all safety, attendance, and performance expectations of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and production equipment during night shift operations.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime.
  • Inspect motors, conveyors, crushers, control panels, and related electrical components to identify and resolve issues.
  • Install, test, and modify electrical systems, wiring, and controls in support of plant operations and improvement projects.
  • Follow all safety procedures while documenting maintenance activities and communicating equipment status.
