About The Position

Perform electrical wiring, installation and repairs throughout facility and property. Perform upkeep of facility and property, both inside and outside. Maintain HVAC system. Maintain plumbing, water and sewage systems. Perform carpentry duties. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in all phases of electrical work required.
• Class A Journeyman required.
• Boiler license and pool certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
• Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
• Mobility throughout the facility.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.

Nice To Haves

• Basic plumbing and carpentry experience preferred.
• Applicants with an out of state license must obtain Minnesota license within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with painting, wood finishing, cement finishing and rubber roofing helpful.
• Basic plumbing and carpentry skills.
• Able to learn basic HVAC equipment and computer.
