About The Position

The Maintenance Director supervises daily facility maintenance operations and team members at Atrium Centers’ Frederic Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Frederic, Wisconsin. The role helps ensure the center is safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents, families, and team members. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, utilities, building systems, and grounds; responding to maintenance and operational needs; managing supplies, schedules, and budgets; keeping records for compliance and inspections; supporting regulatory readiness; and participating in emergency response and on-call coverage as needed.

Requirements

Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.
Excellent attendance and reliability.

Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
