Requirements

Familiarity with minor repair and maintenance techniques for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and heating and cooling systems required.

Nice To Haves

Maintenance experience preferred
Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal.
Maintains the inside of the building, offices, and common areas.
Maintains and/or oversees repairs to community equipment; ensures equipment functions properly and staff is trained to use it.
Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing of units after move-out.
Maintains fire safety and emergency records, maintains systems, and completes inspections required by state.
