About The Position
Harmony Utica Ridge is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance department and maintain the internal and external aspects of the facility and grounds. The role ensures the facility and grounds meet applicable safety codes and that equipment and systems maintenance schedules are monitored and followed. The work supports residents’ comfort and safety and helps the facility maintain its standard of care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience working in a facility maintenance capacity.
Nice To Haves
- Five years of prior Maintenance Director experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- An associate’s degree in Construction Technology or a similar field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all aspects of the maintenance department.
- Maintain the internal and external aspects of the facility and grounds.
- Ensure the facility and grounds meet applicable safety codes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with equipment and systems maintenance schedules.
- Help ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
