About The Position
St. Charles Catholic School is seeking a full-time, faith-filled Maintenance Director for the 2026-27 school year. This important position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for our students, staff, parishioners, and visitors.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general maintenance and repair needs for both the school and church facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
- Complete preventative maintenance and address facility-related repairs.
- Help maintain essential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, doors, and other systems.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for larger maintenance projects.
