The Maintenance Director oversees the Community safety program, ensuring a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulations. This role sustains a preventative maintenance program for all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The Director hires, trains, schedules, and leads the maintenance team to provide exceptional services. Responsibilities include mechanical repairs, equipment maintenance, plumbing system upkeep, and efficient completion of all maintenance requests. The role also involves inventory management of chemical supplies, implementation of safety protocols (including OSHA compliance), exterior maintenance, and fire/disaster preparedness.
