Responsibilities

Ensuring cleanliness and order in various residential facilities along with our facilities, garages, and vehicles.
Assisting the maintenance team and de-pitting units.
Trash removal.
Maintaining outdoor spaces.
Reporting any maintenance issues to the Senior Asset Manager.
Assisting with special projects and events.
Engaging actively with residents, fostering a welcoming environment while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
