Facilities Maintenance Custodian
About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance Custodian is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and functional Town facilities through custodial services and routine building maintenance. This position performs cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, meeting spaces, recreational facilities, and public areas, while also completing minor repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, facility inspections, and ground cleanup. The role requires the safe operation of custodial and maintenance equipment, attention to safety and facility standards, and the ability to identify and repair maintenance needs while supporting the daily operation of Town buildings and facilities.
