About The Position
Clean Scapes is the largest commercial landscaping company in Texas, known for outstanding, award-winning projects and the quality and character of its people. We are hiring a Night Shift Maintenance Crew Member to join our hardworking, highly competent, and friendly team. This role involves executing landscape maintenance tasks, taking care of equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines. We are looking for individuals with a "can do" attitude, who can work collaboratively, and are dependable and proactive.
Requirements
- Ability to work the night shift (5:00 PM–2:00 AM) consistently.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office or job site.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, maintenance, or outdoor labor is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers
- Proficient use of various hand tools
- Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance
- Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
- Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms
- Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors
- Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
